College Sustainable Building Consortium: On-line Communities

Okanagan College employees have access to some of the most innovative discussions around green building through two on-line communities.

Durham College, Lethbridge College, Nova Scotia Community College, and Okanagan  College have come together to create the College Sustainable Building  Consortium. The partnership links training and projects relating to sustainable  buildings and renewable energy, including program planning and delivery,  curriculum development, and data sharing. The consortium will see the  institutions work together to plan and co-ordinate applied innovation projects,  and utilize connections with various industry and government agencies.

The Canadian College Sustainable Building Consortium has a Linked-In site for anyone wanting to get into the discussion. The topics are

The o-Three site is for the same project, but is only available to staff from Okanagan College, Lethbridge College, Durham College and NSCC.
